Kate's
training schedule for the Ironman at Lake Placid has made it
tough to schedule shows for the summer season. On July
25th, she will be swimming 2.4 miles, biking 112 miles and
running 26.2 miles in the beautiful Adirondack Mountains.
Yes, all in the same day!! Please check back as we will
be updating the schedule when we get back to making music.
