Our afternoon ceremony will take place outdoors in a grassy area to the right of the Woodlawn House. Cocktail hour will follow nearby, also outdoors, on a rock gravel surface next to the house, allowing for an easy transition. The reception will be held indoors in the Barn, located to the right of the Woodlawn House, providing a warm and elegant setting. Guests will walk along rock pathways and across grass to reach their seats, so we recommend avoiding stiletto or thin heels for comfort and stability.

While some invitations do include a plus one, due to limited venue capacity, your invitation may not. We kindly ask that you attend without a guest.

While we adore your little ones, due to limited venue capacity, we ask that our celebration remain an adults-only event—except for those in the wedding party. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you!

We kindly ask that you refrain from taking photos or videos during our wedding ceremony. Our photographers from Jax Photography will be capturing the entire day, so please avoid interfering with them. Otherwise, feel free to take photos throughout the rest of the celebration! Be sure to participate in the photo booth—print out your picture and leave a message with your best advice in the book along with your photo.

Our buffet will feature a wide variety of dishes to accommodate different dietary preferences and needs. If you have any severe allergies that require special accommodations, please let us know in advance.
